Dwight’s Craft Shipping and Returns Policy

 Shipping Policy Details:

Shipping of the item purchased is paid for at the time of purchase by you, the customer. We do not offer free shipping other than the return policy details below, and then only for certain conditions met. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at support@dwightscraft.com.

 

Where We Ship:

Domestic shipping is to all USA states, territories, APO/FPO, and Canada addresses.

We do not ship internationally other than Canada.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Orders filled out with wrong or missing information is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for shipping to a misspelled address or wrong number input. We do our best to verify an address before shipping. If there is a question we will try and contact you, the customer for clarification. Should it be a wrong address filled out by you, the customer will be responsible for reshipping cost. If you decide at that point, you do not want the product and would like a refund there is a 15% restocking fee once we receive the item back from the post office and then your refund will be issued minus the postage and 15%restocking fee.

 

Processing:

We process orders during our normal business hours. Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Time excluding weekends and USA holidays.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees other than damaged, defective, or wrong item sent. Damage does not include mishandling by shipping carriers in which you, the customer, would need to reach out to them, however we will do all we can to assist you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Dwight’s Craft strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Our normal order fulfillment is next day during normal business hours (As described in the previous paragraph) with cutoff being at 5:00 pm Eastern time on stocked merchandise and 1-5 days on custom made to order merchandise. (ex. mugs, cups, shot glasses, fantasy magic potions, and herbs.) We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

 

Shipping Rates & Timing:

Dwight's Craft uses USPS. No other option to choose from is available at the moment. The shipping charge will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. An email will follow once your order is placed with carrier tracking information, and an estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is not the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to you.

USPS is generally 3-7 days depending on parcel select or priority mail.

 

Tracking Your Order:

We will send you separate emails when your order is placed, a shipping label has been created, and your package has shipped, with all updates and tracking info so you can check on the delivery of your order. You should receive your first email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at support@dwightscraft.com

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders:

First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be aware that once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the care and delivery of the package. In the event that your order becomes lost or damaged during shipping, you should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim with them directly, however we will do all we can to assist you.

We encourage all customers to provide a secure drop-off location for package delivery or arrange to be present when your order is expected to arrive. Similarly, please take care to enter your shipping information correctly, as typos in a shipping address are common causes of lost or missing packages.

Return Policy Details:

You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped must be reported within 48 hours of receiving or we will consider you are happy with the items. Damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped can be returned for refund, store credit, or a duplicate item mailed to you at no charge. You will need to submit photos of the original packaging, the item and proof of purchase. We will send you a return number to print out to drop off the item to the postal carrier.

If you are returning your purchase for reasons other than damaged, defective or wrong item sent, and it’s just not what you the customer wanted, you are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

Items that cannot be returned include, Discounted / Sale Items, Discontinued, Made to Order, and Handcrafted items. (ex. mugs, cups, shot glasses, clay creations, fantasy magic potions, herbs and oils, bath products, and such.) If they are damaged, defective, or wrong item sent they can be exchanged (not returned for credit or refund) for another with no shipping charge. Photos and reporting the damage, defective, or wrong item sent must be within the 48 hours after receiving item.

 

Return Shipping Fees:

You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

  • Exceptions: Dwight’s Craft LLC will cover shipping fees when Items are damaged, defective, or the wrong item shipped. This does not include damage occurred by shipping carriers. At that point we ask you to reach out to them, though we will do all we can to assist you.

 

Restocking Fees:

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

  • Exceptions, Dwight's Craft LLC does not charge a restocking fee on Items that are damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped.

 

How to Return your Item and what you need to include:

To return your damaged, defective, or wrong item sent (other than damage by postal service) purchase from Dwight's Craft LLC we require a few things:

Contact us at support@dwightscraft.com : Include items below:

  • Sales receipt Order Number
  • Photos of damaged, defective, or wrong item sent.
  • Reason for return place the item securely in in its original packaging along with proof of purchase, Reason for the return and any supporting documentation.

We will send you a return shipping label and RMA number to print out for shipping (or mail both to you if you do not have the ability to print)

When shipping the product back it must include the:

  • item rma number
  • it must be in its original packaging.
  • its be in its original shipping container.

 

To return your items you purchased and just need to return it or changed your mind (*You are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 15%) from Dwight's Craft LLC we require a few things:

Contact us at support@dwightscraft.com : Include items below:

  • Sales receipt order number.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Reason for your return.

We will send you an RMA number and address to print out to include in the package to be mailed back to us. (or mail to you if you do not have the ability to print)

When shipping the product back it must include the:

  • it must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • its be in its original shipping container.

 

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Gift Banshee will process your return. Please allow at least 5-10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Dwight's Craft LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end.
